The auto-pay discount, if applicable, is only available for eligible Canada Wide Plans and does not apply to Starter Plans. The monthly discount will only apply to eligible plans and you must keep pre-authorized bank payments active to maintain the discount. If you or Koodo remove pre-authorized bank payments the plan will no longer be eligible for the monthly discount. All prices do not include applicable taxes. Discounts, promotions, benefits and credits are earned for each full month of service and do not apply to partial billing periods.

To access 5G network speeds, ensure you have a compatible 5G plan and compatible phone, your phone’s software is up-to-date, and you’re connected to the Koodo 5G network where available. Speed and signal strength may vary with your device, configuration, Internet traffic, environmental conditions, applicable network management and other factors.

Calls must be made and completed within Canada. Included minutes apply. Roaming applies outside of Canada. Long distance rates apply to calls made from Canada to outside Canada. Included minutes do not roll over at the end of each month.

Includes text and picture messages sent and received anywhere in Canada. Long-distance rates apply to text messages sent internationally from Canada. Availability of service will vary by country and is subject to change without notice. Excludes premium and subscription-based messages. Additional data charges apply, depending on picture size, when roaming in the U.S. and internationally. Picture messaging is supported by BlackBerry smartphones with a SIM card only if a BlackBerry add-on is added to a Koodo plan or a Koodo data plan is chosen. Picture messaging works only if data is turned on.
